Just like another teenage lad, I also at a very young age became fond of the gym. On social media, I followed my favorite actors who were into fitness and they used to post their pictures and videos of the workouts and the lifestyle they followed. At that point, it occurred to me, what would happen if someone used my name, “Alok Kashyap,” as an influence or motivation at some point in the future?
Starting, the first thing I did was change my phone’s wallpaper to a motivational quote that said “Dreams don’t work unless you do”. The laughter bubbles up now as I think about that moment as then it worked as the highest level of motivation for me. Little did I know that it was not just changing a wallpaper but changing of a lifestyle. Later, I finished my schooling, and my graduation and then started my career professionally, and in all of the hustle, fitness remained constant for me. With all the work commitments coming my way, stress came in handy with it. And my way of dealing with it became “to get the weight off my chest”.
“Let the weights lifted be not just burdens but badges of determination. Let the morning runs be not just exercises but a commitment to resilience. Let life be not just your work but the moments you live for. Let your name just not be a name but an influence on people when they hear it”.

Now as I am constantly busy in the tech biz world, my leisure time includes a fitness routine that I follow daily and it acts as a catalyst for stress relief and increases my productivity for the approaching day. You see there’s a unique aspect to experience—people naturally share the knowledge and insights they’ve gained over the years. Following that same flow, let me shed some light on what Alok Kashyap has learned about fitness:
Many times you will have to make quick decisions. And study suggests frequent exercise improves blood flow to the brain, which supports cognitive function and mental clarity. So to start your day with some exercise would be a good idea.
Stress is closely related to work. No matter how much of a calmer person you are, there are times when you can feel stressed out and exercise that promotes fitness, such as weightlifting, yoga, or jogging, neutralizes stress hormones.
Research indicates a clear connection between productivity and physical activity. Exercise improves one’s ability to concentrate, focus, and perform well at work.
Frequent exercise increases stamina, ensuring that you have the energy to last through long work days. Researchindicates a clear connection between productivity and physical activity. Exercise improves one’s ability to concentrate, focus, and perform well at work. What I have gathered over the years in the corporate world and later in my entrepreneurial journey is that we can thrive in both with constant perseverance, imagination, and steadfast dedication.
I must suggest that you should have some leisure activities to keep your mind calmer in this cutthroat realm. It pushes you to take time off from work, promoting a positive work-life balance. In my opinion, one should make fitness a part of their lifestyle and practice whatever works for them whether it is spending time in the gym, going for a run, doing yoga, playing outdoor/indoor sports, or any other physical pursuits. This commitment to well-being isn’t just a routine; it’s a daily affirmation of pride and purpose.
